friendly staff good room couch space
The staff was very friendly and kind. I found the room size good. It was bigger than expected. I had a little couch space in front of the tv.
The breakfast was only ok though it was included in the price.

metro stations nearby restaurants friendly staff small room limited space breakfast variety
the hotel was near several metro stations. this made traveling around easy. there were also many restaurants and stores nearby. the staff was very friendly and accommodating to me.
the room was small. there was not much space for luggage. the breakfast options were limited. i thought there should be more variety.

stuffy hallway cramped bathroom
My stay had a couple of hiccups (as every trip seems to have). The air conditioning wasn't working in the hallways. It was quite stuffy. the bathroom felt a bit cramped. It was clean enough, but a deep clean of grout would definitely help it feel fresher and more inviting. I expected a bit more space, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

turned-off ac floor-level bed
The location was fine near train stations. Staff welcomed me.
The air conditioner was turned off on multiple dates. The front desk said some guests felt cold, so the hotel turned off the AC, but only air circulated. Another uncomfortable thing was the king-size bed being on floor level. It was hard to get in and out.
